This form must be submitted to receive permission to remove a monument. A road fee will be applicable.

Inscription and pre-poured foundations will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving payments.
All other foundation orders have a minimum 6 - 8 week processing period.

We DO NOT pour foundations from December 1st through March 20th, later start depending on weather and availability of concrete delivery.

Despite our pouring schedule, send your orders in EARLY to be put in line for our upcoming concrete delivery.
We will not rush a foundation order due to negligence on the monument dealer's part for not submitting the foundation order request when the family first places an order for a monument.

This form is to be used when relinquishing (giving up) rights to a grave site. This form is generally used in conjunction with an Affidavit of Heirship when one family member is giving all rights to another family member.

This is a listing of items that are not allowed in our cemetery, along with information pertaining to the monuments and temporary markers. This list may be updated so check back frequently.

SEVERE WEATHER & GROUNDS SAFETY

Please avoid entering the cemetery during severe weather or hazardous grounds conditions.

During snow, ice, flooding, high winds, severe storms, or other hazardous conditions, do not enter the cemetery by vehicle or on foot. An open gate does not indicate that the grounds are safe for entry.

Current Weather & Alerts

Weather and grounds conditions determine whether entry is safe. Gate position should not be relied upon as an indication that the cemetery is safe to enter. When hazardous weather or grounds conditions are present, please do not enter the cemetery.

Important Information & Disclaimers

Casket Limits: Maximum 30 inches wide and 400 pounds including the casket. Oversized or overweight caskets may require outside vault company assistance. Fiberboard caskets are not permitted for the first interment of an extra-depth grave.

Funeral Director Identification: The cemetery reserves the right to request valid identification and licensure from funeral directors entering with a funeral procession.

Payment: Payments are online only. In-person payments, physical checks, and money orders are not accepted.

Overtime: Funeral homes are responsible for overtime charges caused by late arrivals. Unpaid overtime must be settled before future interments may be scheduled.

Photography & Video: Photography or recording is not permitted during processions, casket transport, graveside services, setup, lowering, closing of graves, or of cemetery staff.

Live Music & Performances: Not permitted on cemetery grounds except for military funerals.

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Foundation Fee Policy: Monument foundations are required for cemetery monuments. A pre-poured or pre-existing foundation does not mean the foundation fee was prepaid or included with the grave or interment. Foundation fees are assessed when the foundation is used for monument installation, and all foundations remain cemetery property.

Safety Notice: During snow, ice, severe weather, or hazardous grounds conditions, visitors should not enter the cemetery by vehicle or on foot. An open gate does not indicate that cemetery grounds are safe. Walking on graves or lawn areas during hazardous conditions is not permitted. Weather may create dangerous surfaces. By entering the cemetery, visitors assume all risks. The cemetery disclaims liability for injuries, including slip-and-fall incidents.
